Our Services

In-home NDIS supports shaped around your plan, goals, and daily life

Access / Maintain Employment

Worried about the first shift, or keeping a job when routines are hard? We show up beside you—résumés, travel to work, rehearsals for interviews, and steadier Mondays when off days happen.

High Intensity Personal Activities

Complex care shouldn’t mean cold care. Hands-on supports follow your clinician’s instructions—steady hands, calm routines, and the same faces where possible—so fragile days feel held, not hurried.

Life Stage / Transition Supports

Leaving school, moving house, or switching providers can rattle the whole household. We help map the next few months in plain language—trials, visits, and small wins—so no one is guessing what comes next.

Daily Personal Activities

Mornings, meals, meds, getting out the door—when those basics chew through the whole family’s energy, someone kind and reliable can rewrite the rhythm of an ordinary weekday.

Travel / Transport

Whether it’s a lift to dialysis, physio across town, or learning which bus stops feel safe—we get you moving so appointments and social life aren’t hostage to whoever’s rostered that day.

Community Nursing Care

Wounds, meds, catheter care—clinical tasks woven into couch corners and bedside tables rather than wards. Nurses coordinate with doctors so carers and family aren’t piecing scraps of advice alone.

How It Works

From first conversation to ongoing reviews with your Australian team

Step 1

Tell Us About Your NDIS Goals

Call, WhatsApp, or request a callback. We'll talk through your plan (or planning stage), in-home goals, and the supports you want from an Australian provider.

Step 2

Scope Supports & Match Your Team

We confirm plan budgets, service bookings or line items with you, your plan manager, or coordinator, then match workers with the right skills and personality.

Step 3

Start Services & Review Often

Supports begin under a clear service agreement. A dedicated coordinator checks in after the first shifts, then at least monthly (or sooner if goals or health change). If something is not working—fit, skills, or schedule—we adjust workers or the plan with you, your nominee, or plan manager. Rosters evolve with your NDIS outcomes, not a set-and-forget calendar.

What Families Say

In home care, trust is often built through the experiences of others. This section will feature real feedback and testimonials from families we support, reflecting their perspectives on the care, communication and support they receive.

The team listened to what actually matters for our son—not just what was on the plan. Shifts feel consistent and someone always gets back to us when we have a worry.

Sarah M.

Canberra

Moving to a new coordinator was daunting. Chemlah walked us through budgets and rosters in plain language. For the first time in months we feel like we are not doing it alone.

James & Priya

Tuggeranong

My daughter's support worker treats her like a person, not a checklist. Communication with the office has been respectful and timely—that matters more than I expected.
